Seven was performed in Albania on 8 November 2013 as a part of the regional tour in the Western Balkan during the autumn 2013.

The reading was a cooperation between The Centre for Legal Civic Initiatives (CLCI), an Albanian non-profit organization that provides free legal services to victims of gender-based violence, the Embassy of Sweden in Albania, Civil Rights Defenders (CRD), Hedda Production AB and the Swedish Institute.

In connection to Seven weorganized two additional activities, Mini Seven with students from the University of Arts.

As a part of the work with Seven a photo  competition was launched, aiming at reflecting the situation for women in Albania. It was later displayed the premises of the Ministry of Social Welfare and Youth.
